Both of the Spirit Auras can be active on party members at the same time, but the same one will not stack, so Druids should decide in advance who will cast which. Spirits have hit points and can be destroyed.
If you summon another Spirit the previous Spirit will disappear. Only one Spirit spell may be active at a time.
